新型镁钙复合铁水脱硫剂的研究

Study on New Mg-CaO Compound Desulfurizer

研究了当前普遍应用的KR和喷吹两种铁水脱硫方法,分析了常用的几种脱硫剂的特点,介绍了一种喷吹用的新型镁钙复合铁水脱硫剂。该脱硫剂借鉴了其他行业特殊工艺,将镁和氧化钙制成一体的包覆颗粒结构,具有成分均匀、不偏析、不堵枪、渣量较少、不易回流、使用安全、设备简单等优点,可提高喷吹法脱硫的效率,具有很好的应用前景和经济价值。

This paper studied two widely used desulphurization methods of hot metal,KR and injection.It analyzed characteristics of several commonly used desulfurizers and introduced a new type of Mg-CaO compound granular desulfurizer for injection.This desulfurizer uses a special process from other industries to make Mg-CaO into integrated coating particle structure,which has the advantages of safe to use,no segregation,no blocking the gun,less quantity of slag,no readily re-sulfurization,simple equipment.It may effectively improve the desulfurization efficiency of injection,and has good application prospect and economic value.
