摘要 利用云计算、智能识别、物联网以及信息化等技术,建设环保综合管理、监控和无组织排放管控一体化的超低排放智能化管控系统,以实现各监测点的空气质量实时在线监测和视频图像实时监控、烟尘排放自动识别以及污染物治理。记录无组织排放源相关生产设施、治理设施的运行情况,并进行数据分析、污染物扩散预测预警、污染源溯源等,为钢铁企业环保管理提供先进的信息化管理工具和展示平台。 Using cloud computing,intelligent identification,Internet of things and information technology,this paper builds an ultra-low emission intelligent management and control system integrating integrated environmental protection management,monitoring and unorganized emission control,so as to realize real-time online monitoring of air quality,real-time monitoring of video images,automatic identification of soot emission and pollutant treatment at each monitoring point.It records the operation of production facilities and treatment facilities related to unorganized emission sources,and conduct data analysis,pollutant diffusion prediction and early warning,pollution source tracing,etc.,so as to provide advanced information management tools and display platform for environmental protection management of iron and steel enterprises.
