邯宝冷轧厂连退线出口钢卷小车设备发生故障时存在画面信息不足缺陷,并且操作人员在使用时无法有效判断小车位置,针对这些问题,开发了一套信息跟踪系统并投入使用,该系统的应用大大提高了出口钢卷小车设备工作的稳定性,信息跟踪系统的信息覆盖全操作简单明了,取得了很好的应用效果。

When the equipment of the steel coil trolley at the exit of the continuous return line of Hanbao Cold Rolling Plant fails,there are defects of insufficient picture information,and the operators cannot effectively judge the position of the trolley during use.In view of these problems,an information tracking system is developed and put into use.The application of the system greatly improves the working stability of the export coil car equipment,the information coverage of the information tracking system is complete,the operation is simple and clear,which obtains good application effect.
