根据日钢高废钢比的生产实际,结合理论计算,从转炉物料平衡和热平衡,计算出不同废钢比下的终点控制情况,为现场控制实际及后续改进提供参考。

According to the production practice of high scrap ratio of Rizhao Steel,combined with theoretical calculation,the end-point control under different scrap ratio is calculated from the material balance and heat balance of converter,so as to provide reference for on-site control practice and subsequent improvement.
