摘要
针对钢铁企业中烧结烟气超标排放难题,在分析活性炭理化特性的基础上,采用逆流活性炭脱硫脱硝技术对浙江某钢铁企业现有烧结烟气净化系统进行改造,净化后烟气中SO_(2)、NO_(x)、颗粒物的质量浓度分别约为20 mg/m^(3)、45 mg/m^(3)、8 mg/m^(3),实现烧结烟气超低排放。此工作可为逆流活性炭的实际应用提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of excessive discharge of sintering flue gas in iron and steel enterprises,on the basis of analyzing the physical and chemical characteristics of activated carbon,counter-current activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification technology was used to transform the existing sintering flue gas purification system of a steel enterprise in Zhejiang province.After purification,the SO_(2),NO_(x) and particulate matter of flue gas were 20 mg/m^(3),45 mg/m^(3) and 8 mg/m^(3),respectively,which achieves ultra-low emission of sintering flue gas.This work can provide reference for practical application of countercurrent activated carbon.
