综采工作面超前应力区围岩控制技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 掌石沟煤矿15102工作面在回采过程中,受回采应力、构造应力等多重应力影响,造成工作面前方30 m范围内回风顺槽顶板破碎、底板鼓起以及两帮片帮等现象。针对该情况进行技术研究,对超前应力区采取“布置卸压孔+施工注浆锚索+安装π型梁棚”联合控制技术。通过实际应用效果来看,取得了显著应用成效。 In the mining process of 15102 working face in Zhangshigou coal mine,affected by multiple stresses such as mining stress and structural stress,the phenomena of roof crushing,floor bulging and two sides falling within 30 m in front of the working face are caused.According to this situation,technical research is carried out.For the advanced stress area,the joint control technology of"layout of pressure relief hole+construction grouting anchor cable+installation of π beam shed"is adopted.Through the practical application effect,remarkable application effect has been achieved.
