圆钢成品尺寸的高精度控制研究

圆钢是一种重要的结构工具用钢,广泛应用于制作连接轴、机械零件、连接杆等。成品尺寸问题是圆钢生产的主要问题,为减少消耗,用户对圆钢尺寸精度要求越来越高。本文分析北方一钢厂Φ20 mm~Φ70 mm各规格各品种圆钢实际生产时影响成品尺寸的因素,从温度、料型、活套张力控制、孔型设计、操作规范等方面改进优化,总结出圆钢生产时成品尺寸的控制方法。

Circular steel is an important structural tool steel,it is widely used in the production of connecting shaft,mechanical parts,connecting rod and so on.The problem of finished product size is the main problem in the production of round steel.This paper analyzes the factors that influence the size of finished products in the actual production of various specifications and varieties of round steel with Φ20 mm~Φ70 mm in North No.1 steel plant.The control method of finished product size in round steel production is summarized from the aspects of temperature,material type,looper tension control,pass design and operation specification.
