北京地铁19号线草桥站换乘通道施工技术

摘要 以北京地铁19号线草桥站与既有10号线连接的换乘通道为例,介绍了复杂工程环境下,对地铁车站换乘通道施工技术重难点进行分析。通过采用针对性的技术措施,成功完成了换乘通道的施工。重点介绍了超前大管棚支护、全断面超前深孔注浆、超前小导管施工、破马头门施工、初期支护背后注浆等主要技术,较好地解决了运营中地铁周边环境保护的难题,确保了换乘通道的运营安全。 Taking the transfer passage connecting Caoqiao Station of Beijing Metro Line 19 and the existing Line 10 as an example,this paper introduces the important and difficult points of subway station transfer passage construction technology under complex engineering environment.The targeted technical measures were adopted,and the construction of the transfer passage was successfully completed.The main technologies such as advanced large pipe shed support,full-face advanced deep-hole grouting,advanced small pipe construction,broken horsehead gate construction,grouting behind the primary support and so on are emphatically introduced,which better solve the problem of environmental protection around the subway in operation and ensure the operation safety of the transfer passage.
