摘要
基于直径15 m级泥水盾构穿越轨道交通运营地铁施工,针对上海地区软土地层土体力学性质较差、地层成拱能力较低的特点,研究大直径盾构下穿运营地铁变形控制,为今后类似工程的设计与施工提供参考。在国内外学者研究成果的基础上,依托具体的工程实例,综合考虑在建隧道与既有隧道之间的动态相互作用,从盾构正面泥水平衡压力、泥水质量、推进速度、管片拼装、同步注浆和盾构姿态控制等方面综合考虑,对大直径盾构下穿运营地铁变形控制进行研究。
In view of the poor mechanical properties of soft soil in Shanghai area,the formation arching ability is reduced,the deformation control of large diameter shield under running metro is studied,based on the first domestic mudwater shield with a diameter of 15 m to cross the rail transit and operate the subway construction.It provides reference for the design and construction of similar projects in the future.The deformation control of large diameter shield under running metro is studied on the basis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars.The dynamic interaction between construction tunnels and existing tunnels is considered comprehensively relying on specific engineering examples.Comprehensive consideration is given to slurry balance pressure,slurry quality,propulsion tunnel,segment assembly,synchronous grouting and attitude control of shield.
