摘要
可拆解盾构掘进稳定性是保证隧道安全的一道重要防线,盾构施工参数在掘进过程中保持稳定是保证盾构安全掘进的一个基准。以宁波轨道交通4号线可拆解盾构研发及应用为背景,阐述可拆解盾构控制土压的工作原理及施工参数的取值,并对可拆解盾构掘进参数的稳定性进行实测分析,结果表明:可拆解盾构的掘进速度维持在4~8 cm/min,土压力大小为0.2~0.3 MPa,推力大小为14200~15800 kN,刀盘扭矩为1350~1550 kN·m,出土量为37.2~37.8 m^(3)/环,注浆量约为2.4~4 m^(3)/环,各参数大小均稳定在某个区间,施工参数无异常值,验证了可拆解盾构施工方法的可行性。
The stability of the detachable shield tunneling is an important line of defense to ensure the safety of the tunnel,and the stability of the shield construction parameters during the tunneling process is a benchmark to ensure the safe tunneling of the shield.Based on the development and application of the detachable shield of Ningbo Rail Line 4,the working principle of the detachable shield to control soil pressure and the values of construction parameters are explained,and the stability of the tunneling parameters of the detachable shield is analyzed.Actual measurement analysis.The results show that:The tunneling speed of the dismantled shield is maintained at 4~8 cm/min,the earth pressure is 0.2~0.3 MPa,the thrust is(1420~1580)×10 kN,the cutter head torque is 1350~1550 kN·m,and the excavation volume is 37.2~37.8 m^(3)/Ring,the grouting volume is about 2.4-4 m^(3)/ring,the size of each parameter is stable in a certain interval,and the construction parameters have no abnormal values,which verifies the feasibility of the detachable shield construction method.
