摘要
为研究复杂地质条件下深基坑施工与监测技术,以成都龙腾家园小区基坑施工为例,首先对基坑工程的重难点进行分析,并根据工程处于复杂地质条件且邻近建筑物的特点对基坑施工方案进行研究,包括测量放线、支护桩、冠梁、基坑降水排水等方面,并采用分层分段法对基坑开挖施工方案进行研究。最后针对基坑施工方案提出了具体的基坑监测方案。
In order to study the deep foundation pit construction and monitoring technology under complex geological conditions,taking the foundation pit construction of Chengdu Longtengjiayuan Community as an example,first of all,the important and difficult points of the foundation pit project are analyzed,and according to the characteristics of the project in complex geological conditions and adjacent buildings,the The foundation pit construction plan is studied,including measuring and setting out lines,supporting piles,crown beams,foundation pit dewatering and drainage,etc.,and the layered and segmented method is used to study the foundation pit excavation construction plan.Finally,a specific foundation pit monitoring program is proposed for the foundation pit construction program.
