雕塑艺术作品自古以来长期表现出显著的公共特性,公共雕塑艺术品一直表达着人类价值共性,或以在地性为表达视角,或以全球性为表达视角,而在地性则是地方性公共雕塑的主要特性。黔西南布依族苗族自治州地处我国西南地区,其在地性具有历史悠久、特色显著的中华民族共同体价值内涵,也有独具特色、风格迥异的少数民族文化价值内涵,黔西南的公共雕塑以不同形式表达着黔西南公共雕塑的在地性特征,彰显着黔西南的中华民族共同体价值取向与少数民族价值存在。

Sculpture works of art have long shown significant public characteristics since ancient times, expressing the common values of human beings, either from the perspective of locality, or from the perspective of globality, and locality is also the main feature of local public sculpture. Qianxi’ nan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is located in the southwest of China. Its locality has the value connotation of the community of the Chinese nation with a long history and remarkable characteristics, as well as the unique cultural value connotation of ethnic minorities with different styles. The form expresses the local characteristics of the public sculptures in southwestern Guizhou, and highlights the value orientation of the Chinese national community and the existence of minority values in southwestern Guizhou.
