摘要
为满足1.2米跨超声速风洞不同运行工况下的洞体条件需求,研制扩开角控制系统。该系统由西门子S7-1500PLC控制器、安川伺服驱动系统、现场总线和网络等组成,采用以主\从站布局形式的开放式集散系统架构,通过ProfiNET和Profi-Bus-DP工业现场总线实现上位机和现场控制设备通讯。软件采用模块化设计,由PLC和HMI组成,实现对各调节片的位置控制和运行状态的监测。经实际验证,在该系统控制下,扩开角段各调节片定位精度和运行速度均达到技术指标要求,保证了风洞洞体在不同运行参数下的扩开角状态。
In order to meet the requirements of tunnel conditions under different operating conditions of the 1.2-meter transonic wind tunnel,an open-angle control system is developed.The system is composed of Siemens S7-1500 PLC controller,Yaskawa servo drive system,field bus and network,etc.It adopts an open distributed system architecture in the form of master\slave station layout,and realizes the communication between the host computer and field control equipment through the industrial field bus of ProfiNet and ProfiBus-DP.The software adopts a modular design and is composed of PLC and HMI to realize the position control and operation status monitoring of each adjustment sheet.Through practical verification,the positioning accuracy and running speed of each adjusting sheet in the open-angle segment can meet the technical index requirements under the control of the system,which ensures the open-angle state of the wind tunnel under different operating parameters.
