摘要 充分考虑煤矿井下工作面降尘需求,针对其工作面空间狭小、接线和维护困难、支架移动容易拉断架间供电和通信线路等现场情况,设计开发了一款基于STM32L431单片机控制器的矿用低功耗本安智能型电动球阀。本文介绍了关键系统要求,根据该要求制定了硬件构成方案、阀门的开关定位和控制方法,以及各个运行模式下整个系统的功耗,完成尘源跟踪用无线智能阀门的设计,试验结果表明:该智能阀门控制器功耗低、精度高、能满足井下工作面安装简单、维护方便的需求。 In view of the small space,difficult wiring and maintenance,easy to pull off the power supply and communication lines between the supports,a mine used low-power intrinsically safe intelligent electric ball valve based on STM32l431 single-chip microcomputer controller is designed and developed.In this paper,the key system requirements are introduced.According to the requirements,the hardware composition scheme,the switch positioning and control method of the valve,as well as the power consumption of the whole system under various operation modes are formulated.The design of wireless intelligent valve for dust source tracking is completed.The test results show that the intelligent valve controller has low power consumption,high precision,and can meet the needs of simple installation and convenient maintenance of underground working face Please.
