协同创新网络下复杂装备自动研发系统设计

摘要 由于利用原有研发系统进行复杂装备自动研发时,在资源利用率为70%-78%的范围内存在研发周期较长的问题,因此设计一种协同创新网络下的复杂装备自动研发系统。该复杂装备自动研发系统硬件构成主要包括主控模块、恒流源模块、ADC模块、开关量检测模块、开关量输出模块。复杂装备自动研发系统的软件构成主要包括模拟设计模块、研发模块。通过硬件与软件相结合实现了复杂装备的自动研发。通过对比实验证明,该系统在资源利用率偏低的情况下,实现了研发周期的缩短,达成了研发性能的突破。 Due to the problem of long R&D cycle in the range of resource utilization rate of 70%-78%when using the original R&D system for complex equipment automatic R&D,a complex equipment automatic R&D system based on collaborative innovation network is designed.The hardware structure of the complex equipment automatic research and development system mainly includes main control module,constant current source module,ADC module,switch value detection module and switch output module.The software composition of complex equipment automatic R&D system mainly includes simulation design module and R&D module.Through the combination of hardware and software,the automatic development of complex equipment is realized.The comparative experiments show that the system can shorten the R&D cycle and achieve a breakthrough in R&D performance under the condition of low resource utilization.
