摘要 铁作为人体中重要的微量元素之一,其代谢的异常与多种疾病相关。铁稳态的失调会促进破骨细胞的分化,削弱骨骼的强度和密度,从而增加骨质疏松症的发生率。因此,了解铁代谢在破骨细胞中的作用机制,对预防及治疗破骨细胞过度激活导致的骨丢失疾病具有重要意义。笔者拟对铁代谢在破骨细胞中的作用进行综述。 Iron is one of the important trace elements in the human body.The abnormal metabolism of iron is related to several types of diseases.The imbalance of iron homeostasis promotes differentiation of osteoclasts,weakens the strength and density of bones,thereby increases the incidence of osteoporosis.Therefore,understanding the mechanism of iron metabolism in osteoclasts is of great significance to the prevention and treatment of bone loss diseases due to activation of osteoclasts.This article reviews iron metabolism disorder in reactive oxygen species,mitochondria,and the treatment targeting iron metabolism in osteoporosis.We hope to provide a reference for the basic and clinical research in iron metabolism of osteoclasts in the future.
