摘要
[目的/意义]基于社交网络用户自我披露的历史数据,挖掘用户人格特质与其自我披露水平的内在关联,为社交网络平台制定差异化运营策略、提高用户自我披露水平提供参考,促进社交网络平台的健康快速发展。[方法/过程]以新浪微博为例,采用网络爬虫抓取用户的历史数据,统计其自我披露水平;将大五人格模型与LIWC词典相结合,构建LIWC特征词与五类人格特质的映射关系,依据用户的实际微博文本计算其人格特质;结合上述两个结果,探索用户人格特质与其自我披露水平的关联。[结果/结论]社交网络用户自我披露水平与其人格特质之间存在关联性。外向性与开放性人格特质与用户自我披露的整体水平显著正相关;尽责性和神经质性人格特质与用户自我披露的整体水平显著负相关,但神经质性人格特质与公开发布微博比例显著正相关;宜人性人格特质与用户公开发布微博比例显著负相关,但与用户自我披露的整体水平无显著相关性。
[Purpose/Significance]Based on the historical data of social network users,this paper explores the internal correlation between users personality traits and their self-disclosure level,which can provide reference for social network platforms to formulate differentiated operation strategies and improve users self-disclosure level,so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of social network platforms.[Method/Process]Sina Weibo was selected as the representative of social network platform,and historical data of users were captured by web crawler technology,and their self-disclosure level was calculated;Based on LIWC psychological dictionary,the mapping relationship between LIWC feature words and five personality traits was constructed,and the personality traits of users were calculated according to their weibo posts;Combined with the above two results,the relationship between users personality traits and their self-disclosure level was explored.[Result/Conclusion]Social network users self-disclosure level is correlated with their personality traits.Extroversion and openness are positively correlated with the overall level of users self-disclosure.Conscientiousness and neuroticism were negatively correlated with the overall level of users self-disclosure,but neuroticism was positively correlated with the proportion of public microblog.The personality trait of agreeableness is negatively correlated with the proportion of users microblog Posting,but not with the overall level of users self-disclosure.
