目的:通过医院精细化管理平台建设,为医院医疗管理及经济经营管理提供及时、准确的数据抓手,提升医院的决策水平和管理效率。方法:利用大数据、ETL等技术将医院各信息系统中的数据进行采集、清洗、整合、存储;应用专家法和层次分析法等建立各管理主题的指标体系。结果:搭建了医院精细化管理平台;构建了医师临床业务能力评价体系和病种直接可控成本核算分析体系。结论:精细化管理平台可为提高医疗质量、科学评价医师临床业务能力与技术发展能力、实施有效的医疗成本控制等提供科学依据,辅助医院管理决策。先进信息技术的应用可为医院实现精细化管理和可持续发展提供抓手和保障。

Objective:Through the construction of the hospital’s refined management platform,to provide timely and accurate data for the hospital’s medical management and economic operation management,and to improve the hospital’s decision-making level and management efficiency.Methods:Using big data,ETL and other technologies to collect,clean,integrate and store the data in the hospital’s information systems;apply the expert method and the analytic hierarchy process to establish the index system of each management theme.Results:The hospital’s refined management platform was built;the physician’s clinical business capability evaluation system and the disease directly controllable cost accounting and analysis system were constructed.Conclusion:The refined management platform can provide the scientific basis for improving medical quality,scientifically evaluating physicians’ clinical professional ability and technical development ability,implementing effective medical cost control,and assisting hospital management decision-making.The application of advanced information technology can provide a starting point and guarantee for hospitals to achieve refined management and sustainable development.
