医技、药学及护理开设门诊实践与思考

Practice and thinking on setting up clinic of medical technology,pharmacy and nursing

近几年很多大医院在开设医技、药学及护理门诊实践中遇到了一些问题,引发如何进行门诊管理的思考。笔者结合自己医院开设医技、药学及护理门诊的实践经验,并提出解决这些问题的举措,旨在规范行业医疗服务行为,以期为开设有医技、药学及护理门诊的医院提供参考。

In recent years,many large-scale hospitals have encountered some problems in the practice of setting up medical technology,pharmacy and nursing clinics,which led to thinking about how to manage outpatient clinics.Based on the practical experience of setting up medical technology,pharmacy and nursing clinics in our hospital,the author proposes measures to solve these problems,aiming to standardize the medical service behavior of the industry,in order to provide reference for hospitals with medical technology,pharmacy and nursing clinics.
