Life Cycle and Population Dynamics of Calospilos suspecta in Jilin Regions

采用野外调查和室内人工饲养相结合的方法研究丝棉木金星尺蛾(Calospilos suspecta Warren)生活史及种群动态.结果表明:丝棉木金星尺蛾在吉林地区1 a 2代,以蛹越冬,有世代重叠现象;不同月份幼虫与成虫的种群数量差异极显著,幼虫发生高峰期在8月,成虫在7月;不同月份幼虫在寄主植物不同高度的分布差异极显著,普遍表现为树冠中部种群数量较多;幼虫在树冠空间分布上差异极显著,多分布在树冠中、外层.

The method of field investigation and indoor artificial feeding was used to study the life cycle and population dynamics of Calospilos suspecta Warren.The results showed that Calospilos suspecta has two generations a year in Jilin and overwinters as pupae,and has overlapping generation.Population number of larvae and adults in different months has significant differences,larvae peaked in August and adults peaked in July.Population number of larvae and adult distribution at different heights of host plants in months has significant difference,most of the populations in the middle of canopy,and the spatial distribution of larvae in the canopy also showed significant differences,mostly distributed in the middle and outer canopy.
