真善美视域下高职院校榜样育人的价值意蕴与实践路径

Value Implication and Practice Path of Model Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Truth,Kindness and Beauty

榜样的力量是无穷的。选树真实化、向善化、求美化的榜样可以有效提升高职院校育人的实效性。当前,高职院校榜样育人存在一味追求“高大上”的榜样教育形象,片面接受消费主义化的榜样教育内容,简单采用机械化的榜样教育方式等现实问题。因而,高职院校榜样育人实效性的提升需要以“身边的榜样”呈现榜样形象的真实性,以社会主义道德突出榜样教育的向善性,以丰富多样的方式唤醒榜样教育的感性美。

The power of an example is infinite.Choosing models that are realistic,benevolent and beautifying can effectively improve the effectiveness of higher vocational education.At present,there are some practical problems in the model education in higher vocational colleges,such as blindly pursuing“lofty”model image,partially accepting consumerist content,and simply adopting mechanized mode of education.Therefore,to improve the effectiveness of role model education in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to present the authenticity of role model image with“the role model around”,highlight the goodness of role model education with socialist morality,and awaken the perceptual beauty of role model education in various ways.
