摘要
高校就业教育内涵式发展区别于单方面追求就业数量增长的外延式发展,而是围绕学生、关爱学生、服务学生,注重学生的就业质量和结构,重视学生掌握就业知识,提升就业能力,疏导就业情绪,促进就业行动的发展方式。求真的就业知识教育、向善的精细化就业治理和趋美的精准化就业服务是高校就业教育工作内涵式发展的实现路径。求真的知识教育促进学生真知、真能和真行。向善的精细化治理细致地了解学生的发展需求、满足学生的合理诉求、及时采纳学生的合理建议、实现专业教师与教辅人员的合作治理。教育用力恰在好处是为美,教育以成人之美为美。高校就业教育工作具有适度性,教育力道要适中,不能偏重,亦不能过轻。高校要精准发力、精准用力和精准收力,建构理性言说和情感陪伴兼得的高质量就业教育服务体系。
The connotative development of employment education in colleges and universities is different from the extensional development that simply pursues the growth of employment numbers.With students as the center,caring and serving students,it attaches importance to the quality and structure of employment,improving students’knowledge,abilities,emotion and actions in the process of employment.The truth seeking in education fosters students’knowledge,abilities and practice.Based on goodness,the refined management requires that professional teachers and teaching assistants cooperate in management,understanding students’need for development,meeting students’reasonable demands,and taking students’reasonable suggestions in a timely manner.The beauty of education lies in appropriateness and in helping students achieve success.The education for employment should be appropriate and moderate,no more no less.A high-quality service system for employment education should be constructed on the basis of rational teaching and emotional companionship by accurate efforts.
