摘要
“三全育人”是新时代推进育人理念和育人方式变革的重大命题,是全面提升立德树人质量、加强和改进新时代高校思想政治工作的重大举措。在“三全育人”视角下探析青年价值观培育机制,是高校落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求与现实路径。高校要着力打通三个阶段全链条认同机制,构建“三位一体”全方位联动机制,完善多维立体全流程支持机制,明确全员育人责任,强化全过程育人流程,实现全方位育人新局面,绘制立德树人教育事业最大“同心圆”,为社会源源不断培养能担当民族复兴大任的高素质人才。
The“all-staff whole-process and all-round education”is a major proposition to promote the change of education concept and method in the new era;in addition,it is a major initiative to comprehensively improve the quality of moral education and strengthen the ideological and political work of universities in the new era.The inherent requirement and practical path for universities to implement moral education is to explore the mechanism of cultivating the value system of the youth from the perspective of the“all-staff whole-process and all-round education”.Colleges and universities should make efforts to open up the three-stage whole-chain identity mechanism,build a trinity mechanism,improve the multi-dimensional and all-process support mechanism,clarify the responsibility of the whole staff to educate people,strengthen the whole process of education,realize the new situation of all-round education,draw the largest“concentric circle”of moral education,and cultivate for society a steady stream of high-quality students who can take up the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
