某乘用车机舱散热性能仿真分析及改进措施

摘要 针对某车型机舱散热性能不足的问题,拟对冷却前端模块上移20 mm。根据机舱冷却模块位置改动,基于CFD软件对机舱进行三维流场和温度场分析,并验证冷却模块在3个工况下的冷却性能。对散热器与横梁下方、散热器与风扇之间存在间隙以及在怠速及低速爬坡工况下存在回流进行了流场分析;对蓄电池与备胎外侧钣金件的表面温度超温进行了温度场分析。通过以上分析提出了改进措施,达到提升机舱散热性能及消除热害风险的目的。 Aiming at the problem of insufficient heat dissipation performance of the engine room of a certain model,the cooling module assembly is proposed to be moved up by 20 mm.According to the position change of engine room cooling module,the 3D flow field and temperature field of engine room were analyzed based on CFD software,and the cooling performance of the cooling module under three working conditions was verified.The flow field analysis of the gap between the radiator and the beam,the gap between the radiator and the fan and the backflow under the idle speed and low-speed climbing conditions was carried out.The temperature field of the surface over temperature of the battery and the outer sheet metal part of the spare wheel was analyzed.Through the above analysis,the improvement measures are put forward to improve the heat dissipation performance of the engine room and eliminate the risk of heat damage.
