摘要
文中根据某车型小偏置碰撞试验结果,对标得到准确的仿真模型,分析了该车型车身变形情况及车辆结构评价项结果,总结了目前行业上车辆结构优化策略。通过提高机舱变形吸能能力及乘员舱抵抗能力,将车辆结构等级由较差(P)提升为优秀(G)。在此基础上,研究了悬架与转向系统失效对车辆侵入量的影响。仿真研究结果表明:车辆侵入量减少19%。
According to the test results of a small offset impact vehicle,the accurate simulation model was obtained by benchmarking.The deformation of the car body and the evaluation results of the body structure were analyzed.The optimization strategy of body structure in small overlap impact was summarized.The evaluation results are improved from poor to excellent by improving the deformation energy absorption capacity of engine room and the resistance capacity of crew cabin.On this basis,the influence of suspension and steering system failure on the intrusion was studied.The simulation results show that the intrusion is reduced by 19%.
