某车型起动机失效问题解决方法

Solving Methods of Starter Failure Problem of a Vehicle Model

对某车型起动机遇到的售后问题进行了分析,查明起动机异响、卡滞、不工作的原因,主要为产品防护能力不足导致泥水入侵。通过与同平台车型起动机进行对比分析,提出了起动机驱盖、编织线、后盖设计的优化方案。分别对改制件和库存件进行零部件台架防水试验及整车涉水试验,并对试验后的起动机进行拆解分析。结果表明:改进后样件抵抗泥水入侵能力与改进前相比有显著提升,并提升了起动机防护能力,验证了改进方案的有效性。

The after-sales problems encountered by the starter of a certain model were analyzed.The causes of abnormal noise,jamming and non operation of the starter were found out.The main reason was that the insufficient protection ability of the product led to mud and water intrusionand.Through comparing with the starter of the same platform,the optimization scheme of starter drive cover,braided wire and back cover design was put forward.The restructuring parts and inventory parts waterproof test and vehicle road cross experiment were carried out respectively,and the starter after the test was disassembled and analyzed.The results show that compared with that before the improvement,the resistance to mud and water intrusion of the improved sample is significantly improved,the protection ability of the starter is improved,and the effectiveness of the improved scheme is verified.
