摘要
针对传统滤材组合试验方法的局限性,提出了一种新型滤材组合的多次通过试验方法。介绍了新型滤材组合的试验工装特点,并对过滤比测试及压差测试方法流程进行了详细阐述,结合某型滤材组合的多次通过试验结果,客观地验证了该试验方法在双联式燃油滤清器设计选材方面的实用性,大大缩减研发周期。
In view of the limitations of traditional test methods of filter media combination,and a new multi-pass test method of filter media combination was put forward.The characteristics of the test tooling of the new filter media combination were introduced,and the flow of the filter ratio test and differential pressure test methods were described in detail.Combined with the multiple test results of a certain filter material combination,the practicability of the test method in the design and material selection of duplex fuel filter is objectively verified,which greatly reduces the R&D cycle.
