摘要 为实现70 m天线的高指向精度要求,本文从反射体与天线座的精确安装出发,讲述了其精确安装及调整的过程。首先,设计定位销工装组合保证反射体轴线与天线座方位轴同轴,设计支撑工装组合保证反射体吊装至天线座时有稳定的支撑面,进而保证反射体能精确的与天线座对接;然后,在现场安装时,利用激光跟踪仪依次采集已装好的反射体地面各连接面与定位销的坐标,依次在天线座上相应的位置恢复各连接点,使两者能相互匹配。最终,天线反射体在天线座上准确完成了安装,为以后更大口径天线反射体的安装提供了借鉴意义。 In order to meet the requirements of high pointing accuracy of 70m antenna,this paper de⁃scribes the process of accurate installation and adjustment of reflector and antenna base.Firstly,design the tooling combination of the locating pin to ensure that the axis of the reflector is coaxial with the azi⁃muth axis of the antenna base,and design the supporting tooling combination to ensure that there is astable support surface when the reflector is hoisted to the antenna base,so as to ensure the accurate docking of the reflector with the antenna base;Then,during on-site installation,use the laser tracker to collect the coordinates of the installed reflector ground connection surfaces and positioning pins in turn,and restore the connection points in the corresponding positions on the antenna base in order to make them match each other.Finally,the antenna reflector is accurately installed on the antenna base,which provides a reference for the installation of larger aperture antenna reflector in the future.
