摘要
以遵义市冉渡滩水库工程为例,对工程所采用的水泥、粉煤灰、砂石骨料、外加剂进行检测。原材料在检测合格后,经过多次试拌、调整、复核后,得到满足设计要求的碾压混凝土配合比参数。现场碾压试验模拟大坝施工,以验证所设计的碾压混凝土配合比的工作性、可碾性能否满足施工要求。并确定大坝碾压混凝土的VC值、含气量、铺料厚度等施工参数,可为大坝混凝土碾压工程施工提供丰富的理论依据。
This study takes the RanDuTan reservoir project in Zunyi as an example,use qualified raw ma⁃terial include cement,fly ash,artificial aggregate,super plasticizer to carry out mix proportion test.The mix proportion parameters of RCC meeting the design requirements are obtained.Through the simulation of the construction conditions of RCC,to verify the workability of the RCC mix proportion designed meet the construction requirements.The construction parameters such as VC value,air content and paving thickness of Dam RCC are determined,which provides the basis for quality the construction of dam con⁃crete rolling.
