摘要
为提升供电可靠性和本质服务水平,将供电网格细化为供电单元开展网格化综合评价分析。文章从配电网网架水平、装备水平、负荷供应能力、运行水平、投资效益个方面建立配电网网格化综合评价指标体系,涉及到配电网网格化较为全面的指标;因相关指标存在差异,将指标类别分为效益型、成本型、适度型3类,根据指标的本身特性制定评分标准,并利用Matlab拟合工具得到各指标的评分函数,通过层次分析法、熵权法的有机结合求出指标综合权重,从而建立地区配电网网格化综合评价模型。最后通过算例分析验证指标体系的全面性和评价方法的适应性。
In order to improve the reliability and essential service level of power supply,the power supply grid is subdivided into power supply units to carry out grid comprehensive evaluation and analysis.This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of distribution network gridding from five aspects:distribution network frame level,equipment level,load supply capacity,operation level and investment benefit,which involves a more comprehensive index of distribution network gridding.Because of the difference of related indexes,the index categories are divided into benefit type,cost type and moderate type.The scoring standard is established according to the characteristics of the index,and the scoring function of each index is obtained using Matlab fitting tool.Through the organic combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,the comprehensive weight of the index is obtained,thus the comprehensive evaluation model of regional distribution network gridding is established.Finally,an example is given to verify the comprehensiveness of the index system and the adaptability of the evaluation method.
