摘要
目前工程中大多采用传统支模架,但是其存在较大安全风险,效率低,耗费大量材料,长期租用价格高昂。文章以中国移动(河南)数据中心项目为依托,提出一种应用于电缆隧道(微小型钢筋混凝土管涵)顶板支模的可移动支模架新型施工工艺,不但大大提高工效,而且具有便于移动、易周转、降低施工成本、提高安全系数和保证混凝土浇筑质量等一系列优点,取得较好的经济效益,得到各方好评,此新型可移动支模架优势显著,值得在工作面狭窄、工期紧张和位置特殊的隧道与管廊等微小型钢筋混凝土管涵顶板支模中应用与推广。
At present,the traditional mold support is mostly used in the project,but it has great safety risk,low efficiency,consuming a lot of materials and high long-term rental price.Based on the data center project of China Mobile(Henan),this paper puts forward a new construction technology of movable formwork frame applied to the roof formwork of cable tunnel(micro reinforced concrete pipe culvert),which not only greatly improves the work efficiency,but also has a series of advantages,such as easy movement,easy turnover,reducing construction cost,improving safety factor,ensuring concrete pouring quality and so on.It has been praised by all parties,and this new movable formwork frame has remarkable advantages,and it is worth applying and popularizing in micro reinforced concrete pipe culvert roof formwork,such as narrow working face,tight construction period,special position tunnel,pipe corridor and so on.
