高速铁路WJ-8型扣件弹条系统检测与养护

介绍利用扣件安装状态检查仪检测扣件弹条离缝值,通过对扣件弹条离缝值分析,得出高铁某区段内扣件离缝值均值和标准差,根据分析结果,合理安排扣件复紧时机,并通过对可控角度扣件扳手的研发,控制扣件弹条的扭力矩,使扣件的扣压力达到设计标准值,更好地服役于铁路运输。

In this paper,the fastener installation state tester is used to detect the free seam value of the elastic strip of the fastener.Through the analysis of the value of the elastic strip of the fastener,the mean value and standard deviation of the seam value of the fastener in a certain section of the high-speed railway are obtained.According to the results of the analysis,we are supposed to arrange the retightening time of the fastener reasonably,and through the research and development of the controllable angle fastener wrench,control the torque of the fastener elastic strip,achieve the buckle pressure of the fastener to reach the design standard value,and better serve in railway transportation.
