冲压发动机地面实验技术研究

摘要 冲压发动机的研制工作离不开试验技术,尽管CFD技术目前发展成熟,但其仍然不能完全模拟真实的燃烧特性。相比于代价高昂的飞行试验,地面试验设备投资小且实验方便,是目前主流的实验方案选择之一。直连式实验系统设备投资小、能耗低及实验方便,虽不能真实模拟进气道在导弹飞行时外压段波系结构等特性,但利用壅塞原理可用于模拟进气道喉道后的流场情况,文章基于LabVIEW平台“JKI-状态机”框架编写某直连式实验台测试系统所用的测试软件,并进行进气模拟实验,通过与仿真结果及理论计算对比,研究冲压发动机地面实验技术,验证测试软件的准确性。 The development of ramjet engines is inseparable from test technology,although CFD technology is currently mature,but it still can not fully simulate the real combustion characteristics.Compared with the costly flight test,the ground test equipment investment is small and the experiment is convenient,which is one of the mainstream experimental protocol options.Directly-connected experimental system equipment investment is small,low energy consumption,convenient experiments.We can not realistically simulate the characteristics of the intake tract in the external pressure band wave structure during missile flight,but the use of the plug principle can be used to simulate the flow field after the intake tract throat.Based on the LabVIEW platform "JKI-state machine" framework,this paper designsa directly-connected experimental table test system used in the test software,and carried out air intake simulation experiments,through the simulation results and theoretical calculations,this paper studies the ramjet ground experimental technology and verifies the accuracy of the test software.
