大中型灌区标准化管理内容研究及实践路径

大中型灌区已经成为了我国各地区农业产业经济建设质量的核心工程,目前我国各省市地区也都在大力推进乡村振兴战略的进程中,要想实现我国水利工程事业升级转型和改革创新,大中型灌区就应采取有针对性的策略提升自身管理工作的规范性和实效性,并大力推行标准化管理的工作模式,提高水资源的整体利用率,真正做到科学用水和安全生产。文章从标准化管理工作的概念阐述、大中型灌区标准化管理的内容研究和大中型灌区标准化管理的实践路径3方面详细地讨论如何做好我国大中型灌区的标准化建设与管理工作。

Large-and mediu m-sized irrigation areas have become the core project for the quality of agricultural industrial economic construction in various regions of China.At present,all provinces,cities and regions of China are also vigorously promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.In order to realize the upgrading,transformation,reform and innovation of China’s water conservancy projects,large-and medium-sized irrigation areas should adopt targeted strategies to improve the standardization and effectiveness of their own management,and vigorously promote the working mode of standardized management,improve the overall utilization rate of water resources,and truly achieve scientific water use and safe production.This paper discusses in detail how to do a good job in the standardization construction and management of large-and medium-sized irrigation areas in China from three aspects:the concept of standardization management,the content research of standardization management of large-and medium-sized irrigation areas and the practical path of standardization management of large-and medium-sized irrigation areas.
