摘要
BIM技术是当前应用较为广泛的施工管理技术,能实现可视化,在施工工程建设前,通过建立模型的方式实现对建筑工程的统筹管理,优化施工设计图纸,提升施工管理质量,降低施工成本等,效果较佳。因此,应积极运用该管理技术,对施工全过程进行优化管理。基于此,文章阐述BIM技术概念及其特点,分析将该技术应用到建筑施工管理中的意义,探讨其应用策略,并通过实际施工工程案例进行验证,为提升建筑工程施工管理效果奠定基础。
BIM technology is a widely used construction management technology at present,which can realize the visualization principle.Before the construction project,we can realize the overall management of the construction project by establishing the model,optimize the construction design drawings,improve the construction management quality,and reduce the construction cost.Therefore,we should actively construct the management technology and optimize the management of the whole construction process.Based on this,this paper expounds the concept and characteristics of BIM technology,analyzes the significance of applying this technology to building construction management,discusses its application strategy,and verifies it through actual construction engineering cases,so as to lay a foundation for improving the effect of construction management.
