摘要
渤海A油田油藏埋深浅,主力油层主要位于上第三系地层的明化镇组、馆陶组地层,主要采用水平井方式进行开发。鉴于油藏特点,该油田钻井工程普遍存在连续造斜率高、水垂比大的特点,轨迹复杂,常规马达动力钻具无法满足轨迹控制要求,因此多使用旋转导向钻井工具。但是相比较马达钻具,旋转导向受转速限制,钻速受限,钻井时效偏低。况且,海上油田钻井平台综合日费高昂,在这种情况下,将马达动力钻具与旋转导向工具优势相结合,着力提高机械钻速,缩短钻井周期,对于提质增效就更加重要。为解决上述问题,A油田根据自身情况,应用模块马达配合旋转导向技术,机械钻速和钻井时效获得显著提高,因此文章对模块马达在A油田钻井中的应用进行研究分析,并为该工具推广使用提供对比依据和可行性建议。
The oil reservoir of oilfield A on Bohai is shallow,and the main reservoir is mainly located in Minghuazhen formation and Guantao formation of Neogene strata,which is mainly developed by horizontal well.In view of the characteristics of the reservoir,the drilling engineering in this oil field generally has the characteristics of high continuous slope and large water-to-vertical ratio,and the trajectory is complex,and the conventional motor power drilling tools can not meet the requirements of trajectory control,so rotary steering drilling tools are often used.However,compared with motor drilling tools,rotary steering is limited by rotational speed,drilling rate is limited,and drilling efficiency is low.In addition,the comprehensive daily cost of offshore drilling platforms is high,in this case,it is more important to combine motor power drilling tools with rotary steering tools to improve drilling speed and shorten drilling cycle.In order to solve the above problems,according to its own situation,oilfield A has applied the modular motor with rotary steering technology,and the mechanical penetration rate and drilling efficiency have been significantly improved.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the application of modular motor in the drilling of oilfield A,and provides a comparative basis and feasible suggestions for the popularization and use of the tool.
