宣肺败毒颗粒治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(奥密克戎)的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Xuanfei Baidu Granule in the treatment of COVID-19(Omicron)

[目的]分析宣肺败毒颗粒治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)奥密克戎变种感染的临床疗效。[方法]对天津市海河医院病区纳入的40例COVID-19奥密克戎变种确诊患者采用宣肺败毒中药颗粒治疗,采用核酸转阴天数、临床理化指标、影像学检查、中医证候评分变化等指标评价治疗效果,探讨宣肺败毒颗粒治疗COVID-19奥密克戎变种的临床疗效。[结果]服用宣肺败毒颗粒治疗后,40例患者全部治愈出院,治愈率100%,治疗期间无转为重型或危重型的患者。病毒核酸转阴方面,40例患者平均转阴时间为10.2 d,中位转阴时间为10 d;且CT(计算机断层扫描)影像学治疗后好转29例,好转率为72.5%。从临床理化指标看,与入院时比较,淋巴细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞百分率升高,血气分析中血氧饱和度升高,C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、降钙素原均较前减低;在安全性指标方面,没有发现与宣肺败毒颗粒相关的不良反应。与入院前临床症状比较,经治疗后所有患者咳嗽、咽痛、咽干、发热、咳痰、鼻塞、流涕、头痛、咽痒、乏力临床症状均消失,总有效率达100%。[结论]宣肺败毒颗粒能提高患者的淋巴细胞水平,降低降钙素原,同时改善临床症状,缩短病毒核酸转阴时间。

[Objective]The research is to analyze the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Baidu Granules in the treatment of COVID-19(Omicron)infection.[Methods]The 40 Omicron cases in the ward of Tianjin Haihe Hospital were treated with Xuanfei Baidu Granules,the efficacy of which was assessed by such indicators as the number of days between the positive nucleic acid test(NAT)and negative NAT,clinical physicochemical indexes,imaging examinations,the changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score.The study then discussed the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Baidu Granules in the treatment of COVID-19(Omicron)cases.[Results]All the 40 patients were discharged from the hospital after taking Xuanfei Baidu Granules,with a cure rate of 100%.And none of them turned into severe or critical type.The nucleic acid of 40 patients turned positive to negative with the average time of 10.2 days and medium duration of 10 days.And 29 of them turned around after CT imaging treatment,with an improvement rate of 72.5%.In terms of clinical physicochemical indicators,compared with admitted to hospital,the absolute lymphocyte value and lymphocyte percentage increased,the oxygen saturation in blood gas analysis increased,and C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and PCT were all lower than the time of admission.In safety indexes,there was no adverse reaction found with Xuanfei Baidu Granules.As for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,all patients’clinical symptoms of cough,sore throat,dry throat,fever,coughing sputum,nasal congestion,runny nose,headache,itchy throat and fatigue disappeared after treatment,with a total effective rate of 100%.[Conclusion]Xuanfei Baidu Granules can improve the lymphocyte level and reduce the PCT of patients,while improving clinical symptoms and shortening the duration of negative NAT.
