中医传统功法易筋经在骨伤科疾病康复中的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine technique Yijinjing in rehabilitation of orthopedic diseases

易筋经源于古代导引术,是中医康复技术中重要传统功法之一。目前已广泛应用于多种内科系统疾病、骨伤类疾病的康复治疗中。本文将从易筋经在颈椎病,腰椎病,肩、膝等四肢关节病以及其他骨伤科疾病5个方面的临床进展进行详细论述,为易筋经在中医骨伤康复中的临床应用提供参考。

Yijinjing originated from the ancient guidance technique,which is one of the most important traditional techniques in the rehabilitation technique of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It has been widely used in the rehabilitation of various medical system diseases and bone injuries.This article expounds the clinical progress of Yijinjing in five aspects of cervical spondylosis,lumbar spondylopathy,shoulder arthropathy,knee joint disease and other diseases in orthopedics diseases,in order to provide guidance for the clinical application of Yijinjing in orthopedic rehabilitation of TCM.
