摘要
目的:观察改良颠倒散对痤疮丙酸杆菌(P.acnes)的体外抑菌效果及乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase, LDH)活力的影响。方法:分别采用牛津杯及倍比稀释法观察改良颠倒散的抑菌效果,并检测药物在不同浓度下抑制P.acnes的LDH酶活力情况。结果:改良颠倒散有较好的抑菌作用,且药物浓度越大对P.acnes的LDH酶活力抑制越强。结论:改良颠倒散可能通过抑制P.acnes的LDH酶活力达到抑菌目的。
Objective:To observe the antibacterial effect and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity of Improved Dian Dao San(IDDS)on P.acnes in vitro.Methods:The Oxford cup and multiple dilution methods were used to observe the antibacterial effect of IDDS and the LDH activity of P.acnes under different drug concentrations.Results:IDDS showed better antibacterial effect.The higher concentration of the drug,the potent inhibition against LDH enzyme.Conclusion:The IDDS play a antibacterial role through inhibiting the LDH enzyme against P.acnes.
