基于态势分析法(SWOT)分析的高层次中医药医养结合型人才培养模式研究

Investigation the Training Model for the Complex High-LevelTalents of TCM Medical Care Service Based on SWOTAnalysis

在当前老龄化社会中,中医药医养结合服务已成为我国养老服务建设的新方向,其中的高层次中医药医养结合型人才培养也成为一项首要的课题,新形势下培养高层次中医药医养结合型人才具有重要意义。本文应用SWOT分析法对我国高层次中医药医养结合型人才培养的优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面进行分析,并从学历教育、继续教育、职业教育方面探讨高层次中医药医养结合型人才培养模式的发展战略。

In the current aging society,the Traditional Chinese Medicine Medical Care Service(TCMMCS)has become a new direction in the construction of elderly services in China,and thecultivation of high-level talents of TCMMCS has also become a primary issue.It is of greatsignificance to cultivate the advanced talents under the new situation.Four aspects,advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,were analyzed by using SWOT for TCMMCS.To studythe development strategy for training the complex high-level talents of TCM-MCS,the education,continuing education and vocational education were also explored.
