Research on the Design and Optimization of Online Environment Based on Learner Satisfaction

摘要 在新冠肺炎疫情的影响下,在线学习成为高校的常态化教学形式。当学生被迫从传统“面对面”学习过渡到全面在线学习,是否会引起满意度降低并导致教学质量下滑?针对这一问题,文章基于真实教学情境中的教学实践和体验,从在线学习环境、在线学习过程、学生自我感知等维度设计调查问卷,并通过调查数据分析学生的在线学习满意度水平,探究影响在线学习满意度的深层次原因。结果表明:全面在线学习会导致部分学生产生强烈的焦虑感、倦怠感,进而影响学习动机,其根本原因在于缺乏面对面教学中的学习氛围和同伴之间的交流及相互激励;学习满意度在课程设计维度呈现差异,其根本因素在于教师社交的出现频率;影响学生在线学习满意度的因素因学段而异,本科生的满意度受学习动机、学习交互和教师制约,研究生则主要受到学习动机的制约。基于调查结论及相关研究成果,文章提出在在线学习环境中引入游戏化学习、群体感知效应等过程干预策略,并通过教学实践论证其有效性。 With the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,online learning becomes normal in universities.When traditional face-to-face learning is transferred to online learning,the problem such as the declining teaching quality becomes the focus.Based on the actual teaching practice and experience,the authors designed a questionnaire from the dimensions of online learning environment,online learning process,and students’self-perceptions,to explore students’satisfaction for online learning,and try to explore the deep reasons that affect online learning satisfaction by using difference analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The findings show that the comprehensive online learning had a firm relationship with students’anxiety and burnout,which further affects their learning motivation.The reason can be explained by lacking face-to-face teaching atmosphere,the peer communication,and the mutual motivation.Besides,the learning satisfaction is different in the dimension of curriculum design,which fundamental factor lies in the frequency of teachers’social interaction.In addition,the factors that affect students’online learning satisfaction vary according to the educational period.The satisfaction of undergraduates is constrained by learning motivation,learning interaction and teachers.The satisfaction of postgraduates is constrained by learning motivation.Based on the findings,the authors propose the idea of introducing the theory of game-based learning and group awareness,which prove the effectiveness of these activities through teaching practice.
