区域视野统筹推进智慧校园建设的实践与思考——以江苏省南京市六合区为例

The Practice and Reflection on Promoting the Construction of Smart Campus from the Regional Perspective:Based on an Example of Liuhe District,Nanjing City,Jiangsu Province

智慧校园建设是教育信息化的重要组成部分,也是衡量教育现代化程度的重要标志之一。近年来,各地纷纷开展智慧校园建设工作,进行积极探索与实践。文章以江苏省南京市六合区智慧校园建设为例,简要介绍了区域智慧校园建设的背景,通过分析智慧校园建设的内容与标准,在充分调研区域教育信息化现状的基础上,确立以智慧教学为核心的智慧校园统筹推进策略,提出加强顶层设计、组织领导及业务指导;强化数字资源建设,推动教育均衡发展;促进信息技术与教育教学融合,打造教育新生态等具体实施路径,以期最终实现智慧教与学的终极目标。

The construction of smart campus is an important part of educational informatization,while it is an important symbol to measure the degree of educational modernization.In recent years,smart campus construction has been carried out all over the country.Based on Liuhe wisdom campus construction in Nanjing,Jiangsu province,this paper briefly introduces the background of the construction of the regional wisdom campus.Through the analysis of the content and standard of wisdom campus construction,and on the basis of investigating the regional present situation of education informatization,we propose that establish teaching with wisdom as the core of wisdom campus as a whole to promote strategy,strengthen the top-level design,organizational leadership and professional guidance,strengthen the construction of digital resources and promote the balanced development of education,promote the integration of information technology with education and teaching,and create a new education ecology and other specific implementation paths to achieve the ultimate goal of intelligent teaching and learning.
