摘要
在信息类专业人才培养过程中,任课教师不仅要传授给学生专业知识,还要注意发挥课程的育人效果,开展好课程思政工作。以自动化专业课为例,在目前市面流行的专业课教材中,概论部分和习题、例题中反映我国在工程技术领域的发展成果和科学大家的内容相对不足,个别教师开展课程思政工作的意识和能力还有待加强。因此,需通过加强党建、完善教材、丰富素材、接触社会,在知识传授过程中教育和影响学生,帮助学生学好专业知识、增强专业自信、了解社会发展,从而提升信息类专业人才培养质量,引导更多学生积极投身到社会主义现代化建设中。基于此,专业课教师、思政课教师和高校辅导员之间要形成育人合力,充分整理和挖掘专业课课程思政工作方面的素材,抓好开展课程思政工作的关键点,构建起符合社会主义核心价值观总体要求的思政工作体系,为信息化专业人才培养保驾护航,对我国综合科技创新实力提升发挥积极作用。
Teachers should teach students professional knowledge,while pay attention to the ideological and political effect within the professional courses in the process of training information professionals.In the field of science and engineering,such as automation major,there are a few examples reflecting the development and achievements of China need to be strengthened.In the current popular teaching materials of professional courses,especially in the parts of introduction,examples and exercises.Some teachers lack awareness and ability in carrying out ideological and political curriculum.Therefore,Party construction should be strengthened,teaching materials should be improved and enriched,while teachers and students should contact with the society deeply and widely.Students would be educated and influenced in the process of knowledge learning.More students can be encouraged to actively participate in the social modernization construction,while students can be helped to learn professional knowledge,enhance professional confidence and understand social development deeply.Therefore,educational joint force should be formed from teacher professions,ideological and political teacher professions,and college counselors.Working materials about ideological and political education of professional courses should be fully explored and organized,while key points should be grasped.The ideological and political education system should be constructed,which is in line with the overall requirements of the socialist core values.All these work would be conducive to the cultivation of information professionals,which can enhance China’s comprehensive scientific and technological innovation strength.
