基于CFD的舰船柴油机机舱热环境数值模拟与分析 被引量:2

摘要 柴油机是舰船机舱的重要设备,也是舰船航行的动力来源,柴油机在运行过程中会产生大量热源,使得机舱热环境成为重点监控的对象。随着计算机技术的发展,在机舱热环境监测中运用CFD模拟温度场数值,为机舱通风设计提供依据。本文从CFD概念与模型入手,分析基于CFD的船用柴油机机舱热环境数值模拟过程,建立起热环境数值模型,并实验检验机舱热环境监测系统运行情况,为优化机舱内各类设备运行环境提供模拟数据。 Diesel engine is an important equipment in the engine room of the ship, and it is also the power source of the ship’s navigation. The diesel engine will generate a large amount of heat during the operation process, which makes the thermal environment of the engine room become the key monitoring object of the ship. With the development of computer technology, it is necessary to use CFD to simulate the temperature field value in the thermal environment monitoring of the engine room, so as to provide a basis for the ventilation design of the ship engine room. This paper starts with an overview of the concept and model of CFD, analyzes the numerical simulation process of thermal environment of marine diesel engine room based on CFD, establishes a numerical model of thermal environment, and experimentally tests the operation of the engine room thermal environment monitoring system, in order to optimize the engine room equipment operating environment to provide simulation data.
