新高考背景下矿业类本科招生工作的调研与建议

新高考背景下,专业取代院校成为志愿填报首要变量的趋势愈发明显,这对本已困难的矿业类专业招生形成新的挑战。文章阐述矿业类专业在本科生招生工作中存在的生源数量偏少、质量不高、院校间生源质量层次不齐等问题;对高考应届生对矿业类专业展开问卷调研分析,发现中学生普遍存在对矿业类专业了解程度低、报考意愿不强、专业选择侧重经济收入和发展空间等情况;就招生工作提出树立以人为本的招生服务意识、与细分生源地建立招生合作机制、实行大类招生、出台鼓励矿业类相关专业相关政策等建议。

Under the background of the new college entrance examination,the trend of major replacing college as the primary variable of application is more and more obvious,which generates a new challenge to the already-difficult recruitment of undergraduates for mining related majors.This paper states the problems existing in the undergraduate enrollment of mining related majors,such as the small number of students,the low and uneven quality of students among colleges and universities.Through the questionnaire survey and analysis on mining related majors of college entrance examination graduates,it is found that students from middle school generally have low understanding of mining related majors,weak willingness to apply for the examination,and focus on economic income and development space in choosing majors.Thus,suggestions are put forward in the present study,such as establishing a people-oriented awareness of enrollment service,cooperating with subdivided source of students,and releasing policies to encourage mining related majors.
