不同品种沙棘叶茶成分及活性比较 被引量:3

Study on the Components and Activity Properties of Different Varieties of Sea Buckthorn Leaf Tea

摘要 本文通过测定可溶性多酚、总黄酮和异鼠李素等含量,以及DPPH·、OH·、NO_(2)·清除活性和还原力,α-糖苷酶和胰脂肪酶抑制活性的强弱,比较了8种不同产地的沙棘叶茶。通过聚类分析将沙棘叶茶分为两类,第一类为忻州沙棘叶绿茶、忻州沙棘叶红茶、新疆沙棘嫩叶绿茶、新疆沙棘叶绿茶、沈阳沙棘叶绿茶,第二类为延安沙棘叶红茶(秋)、延安沙棘叶红茶(夏)、沈阳沙棘叶红茶;第一类沙棘叶茶可溶性多酚(76.95~106.57 mg GAE/g)、总黄酮(43.74~54.54mg RT/g)及异鼠李素(1.25~1.86 mg/g)含量,抗氧化活性综合指数(71.80%~88.65%)均较高,α-糖苷酶抑制活性(IC_(50)值1.0860~2.2330 mg/mL)较强。 Eight kinds of sea buckthorn leaf tea from different producing areas were studied,according to determine the contents of soluble polyphenols,total flavonoids and isorhamnetin,scavenging abilities of DPPH·,OH·,NO_(2)·and reducing power,inhibition activities of α-glycosidase and pancreatic lipase.According to the cluster analysis,8 kinds of seabuckthorn leaf tea were divided into two categories,one category included Xinzhou sea buckthorn leaf green tea,Xinzhou sea buckthorn leaf black tea,Xinjiang sea buckthorn young leaf green tea,Xinjiang sea buckthorn leaf green tea,Shenyang sea buckthorn leaf green tea,and the other category included Yan’an sea buckthorn leaf black tea(autumn),Yan’an sea buckthorn leaf black tea(summer),and Shenyang sea buckthorn leaf black tea.The contents of soluble polyphenols(76.95-106.57 mg GAE/g),total flavonoids(43.74-54.54 mg RT/g)and isorhamnetin(1.25-1.86 mg/g)in the first category of sea buckthorn leaf tea were higher than those in the other category,and the antioxidant potency composite(APC)index(71.80%-88.65%)in the first category of sea buckthorn leaf tea was higher than that in the other category,and the inhibitory activity of α-glycosidase(IC_(50) value 1.0860-2.2330 mg/mL)in the first category of seabuckthorn leaf tea was stronger than that in the other category.
