不同嫁接品种黄瓜盛瓜期光合速率日变化及影响因子 被引量:1

Daily Variation and Influencing Factors of Photosynthetic Rate of Cucumber in Different Grafted Varieties during the Blooming Period

摘要 为研究南疆温室环境下不同嫁接品种黄瓜光合速率变化及不同因子间的相关性,以‘金尊’‘寒越’‘金秀台木’为砧木,‘富阳’为接穗进行嫁接试验,以未嫁接的‘富阳’为对照,测定叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率、光合辐射、气孔导度、水汽压差、叶温、胞间CO_(2)浓度等指标。结果发现,不同嫁接品种的日光合速率变化呈现单峰变化,而CK品种呈现双峰变化。在不同品种的通径系数分析中,CK品种的蒸腾速率是光合速率的主要决定因子;‘富阳-金尊’和‘富阳-金秀台木’品种的胞间CO_(2)浓度是主要决定因子;‘富阳-寒越’品种的光合辐射强度是主要决定因子。不同嫁接品种与CK品种,光合速率日变化的主要影响因子不同。 In order to study the changes of photosynthetic rate and the correlation among different factors of cucumber grafted varieties in the greenhouse environment of southern Xinjiang,‘Jinzun’,‘Hanyue’and‘Jinxiutaimu’were used as rootstock,‘Fuyang’as scion for grafting experiment,and‘Fuyang’without grafting was used as control.Photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,photosynthetic radiation,stomatal conductance,water pressure difference,leaf temperature,intercellular CO_(2) concentration and other indicators were measured.The results showed that the solar combination rate of different grafted varieties showed a single peak change,while CK variety showed a double peak change.In the path coefficient analysis,transpiration rate of CK variety was the main determinant.The intercellular CO_(2 )concentration of‘Fuyang-Jinzun’and‘Fuyang-Jinxiutaimu’was the main determinant,and the photosynthetic radiation intensity of‘Fuyang-Hanyue’as the main determinant.The main influencing factors of diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate in different grafting combinations and CK varieties were different.
