摘要
针对钢结构焊接所产生的残余应变从理论上难以准确计算的问题,基于光频域反射计(OFDR)技术进行了光纤标定试验和工字钢焊接试验,研究了该技术在钢结构焊接残余应变监测上的应用。试验与分析结果表明:OFDR技术可以对焊接残余应变实现准确监测,对应变发生位置可以精确定位。
Aiming at the problem that the residual strain caused by steel structure welding is difficult to calculate accurately theoretically,optical fiber calibration test and I-steel welding test are carried out based on optical frequency domain reflectometer(OFDR)technology,and the application of this technology in steel structure welding residual strain monitoring is studied.The test and analysis results show that OFDR technology can accurately monitor the welding residual strain and the location of strain can be precisely located.
