摘要
苦瓜枯萎病是一种土传真菌病害,严重威胁苦瓜产量,选育抗病品种是最有效的防治手段。为明确目前所收集到的苦瓜资源对枯萎病的抗性,本研究采用人工接种法对191份苦瓜资源进行苦瓜枯萎病抗性鉴定,结合病情指数、死苗率和病叶率三种评价方法进行综合评价。研究结果表明,综合三种鉴定指标共鉴定出抗病资源2份(THMC304-1和THMC283-1-1-1),其中,来自印度的THMC304-1在三种评价方法中均被评定为抗病及以上水平,中抗9份,感病24份,高感156份且有65份在三种评定方法中均为高感材料。本研究鉴定出的抗病资源可进一步用于开展枯萎病抗性基因定位和抗性机制研究。
Fusarium wilt of bitter gourd is one of the soil-borne fungal diseases,which seriously threatens the yield of bitter gourd.Breeding resistant varieties is the most efficient means to control this disease.In order to evaluate the resistance of bitter gourd germplasm to Fusarium wilt,191 bitter gourd germplasms were artificially inoculated,and three evaluation methods(disease index,seedling mortality rate and diseased leaf rate) were adopted.The results showed that 2 germplasm were resistant(THMC304-1 and THMC283-1-1-1),THMC304-1 from India was rated resistant or above in all three evaluation methods among them,9 germplasm were moderate resistant,24 germplasm were susceptible,of 156 germplasm with high susceptible,65 were all high sensitivity materials in the three evaluation methods combing these three methods.The resistant germplasm identified in this study could be further used to carry out research on Fusarium wilt resistance gene mapping and resistance mechanism.
