谷子杂种F_(1:2)代抗除草剂综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Herbicide Resistance in Foxtail Millet Hybrid F_(1:2)

摘要 为提高杂种F_(2:3)代抗除草剂单株选择效率,以优质春谷子品种(系)、饲用品种、抗除草剂品种(系),及其32份杂种F_(1:2)代单株为材料,通过田间喷施0.025%拿捕净除草剂,农艺性状比较筛选鉴定,对杂种F_(1:2)抗除草剂能力进行综合评价和聚类分析。结果表明,杂种F_(1:2)代在质量性状上均与母本存在特异性,为真杂种。抗除草剂系数最大的三个指标分别为穗重(1.672)、穗码个数(1.537)和穗粒重(1.431)。在欧式距离10处,将32个杂种F_(1:2)代聚为高、中、低抗除草剂三大类。其中杂交种(2017026-1×16K2093-1)-3①、(2017026-1×16K2093-1)-7①、(2017026-1×15K1422-1)-2、(2017026-1×15K1422)-1、(2017026-1×15K1422)-2、(2018-DXXM-1×16K2093-1)-1的综合评价D值大于其余杂交种,依次分别为0.991、0.914、0.817、0.790、0.760、0.733,属于高抗除草剂类型,在杂交育种中可进一步加以利用。本研究可为选育优质、高产、抗除草剂春谷子新品种提供参考依据。 To improve individual choice effectiveness of herbicide resistance in hybrid F_(1:2)generation,high quality and forage spring millet varieties(or lines),introduced herbicide resistance varieties(or lines),and their 32 hybrid F_(1:2)generation plants were used for field sprayed by 0.025%net herbicides,agronomic characters screening,and F_(1:2)herbicide resistance comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis.The results showed that the F_(1:2)hybrids were specific to their mother parents in quality characters,which were true hybrids.The three indexes with the highest herbicide resistance coefficient were ear weight(1.672),ear code number(1.537)and ear grain weight(1.431).At the European distance of 10,32 hybrids F_(1:2)were grouped into high,medium and low herbicide resistances.The D values of(2017026-1×16K2093-1)-3①,(2017026-1×16K2093-1)-7①,(2017026-1×15K-1422-1)-2,(2017026-1×15K1422)-1,(2017026-1×15K1422)-2 and(DM-1×16K2093-1)-1 hybrid combination were 0.991,0.914,0.817,0.790,0.760 and 0.733,respectively,which were greater than that of other hybrids.Which were high herbicide resistance and can be further used in crossbreeding.This study can serve as a reference for breeding new varieties of spring millet with high quality,high yield and herbicide resistance.
